I found the hotel to be quite a mixed bag. The rooms weren't ready on time, and the lack of a TV in the room was a bit disappointing. However, the service was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. The location was convenient, with various attractions within walking distance. The dining options were limited, but there was a spot for gluten-free options, which was a plus.
